You’re in the right place.

The most brutal part about a breakup is that you’re going through one of the biggest changes a person can go through - and you’re doing it without your best friend (because they’re the other half of this breakup).

It feels so lonely. Spending nights crying yourself to sleep or doom scrolling social media trying to figure out what they’re doing. Mornings feel purposeless and you just don’t want to get out of bed.

When will this end and go back to normal?!

It’s time to take control of your healing process.

It’s time to reclaim your power.

If you want to get started on the path towards healing your heartbreak, it all begins with having a process to start taking excellent care of yourself. I created a kit of exactly what to do. Get it here:

About Me

After I found out my actor boyfriend had been cheating, I tried begging him to pick me. I thought that was rock bottom. But it wasn’t. Rock bottom came after trying to get over him by trying to run from my feelings and ignore my pain.

I tried everything to move on. I hooked up with new guys. I drank wine with my girlfriends. I planned my own Eat, Pray, Love adventure - twice! I got certified as a life coach and took self-development programs. I worked hard, I volunteered, I stayed busy.

But this was mostly a distraction. I still harbored so much anger and resentment towards the guy that broke my heart.

Eventually I met someone new and thought I was happy.

After moving in with the guy I thought was going to be my forever, he dropped the news that he didn’t want to build a life together anymore.

I was in shock. I was devastated. The life I thought I was going to have shattered in an instant. And it was a double whammy because all of my unfelt, unhealed hurt from my previous breakup hit me harder than an ocean wave in a hurricane.

I knew I needed something different. But there wasn’t anything out there that seemed to actually help.

I decided to figure it out for myself. I used all my coaching tools and resources and I coached myself through the breakup.

Before I realized exactly what I was doing, I healed in a holistic way. I was feeling strong and confident. I found myself again. I thought more people could use support like this.

Everything I learned from healing went into my coaching program. You can heal so much faster than I did and break free from feeling stuck on your ex.
