What:

This is the CANNOT miss women’s empowerment and personal development event this winter. Life Coach Sarah Curnoles will transform your sense of self so that you fully embrace your undeniably lovable and worthy self.

The goal?

  • For you to walk out at the end of the day overflowing with love.

  • Release old stories and old wounds keeping you from realizing your total potential.

  • Craft a plan to maintain your sense of love for yourself so that it infuses in all that you do - your love life, your career, your hobbies, your family.

  • Make new besties to keep you accountable to your new standards of love for yourself and others.

I promise to show you how to:

  • Release the blocks holding you back from loving all of yourself (even the parts of you that you want to keep hidden). They say you’re only as sick as your secrets, so we will learn to love everything, including the secret “shameful” stuff

  • Bond with your inner critic so she becomes your bestie instead of a mean girl

  • Walk in the world like the QUEEN you are. You will walk away feeling like the main character of your own life.

  • Create a standard of how you will operate in the world so that you raise the bar on how you and others treat you.

Agenda for the day:

When you arrive to the space, you’ll be welcomed by Sarah and her team. You’ll settle into the space, meet the other women and have a fun game to play so that you begin to make friends even if you came solo.

You will eat a delicious catered meal and get to know the women at your table.

After brunch, I will be facilitating workshops designed to raise your vibration so you are irresistible even to your own self. You will heal any wounds around not feeling good enough or worthy of love and begin to turn the dial up on loving yourself in a deeply profound way. You will turn your doubt into passion and your inner critic into your unending source of power and love.

This is an extremely intimate and exclusive experience and is limited to 60 participants.

February 25th, 12-4pm PM

at The Aventus House 3000 Chestnut Ave. Suite 109A

You will receive:

  • Personal growth workshops to build your confidence, sense of worth, and self love

  • Coaching to get deep transformation

  • A workbook and swag bag of goodies

  • Delicious brunch

  • A prosecco toast

  • Plus, opportunities to build friendships with like-minded women.

Photography & videography will be taken during this session. If you are not comfortable with this please let me know ahead of the workshop.

You are more that a mother, an employee, a wife, a sister. You’re a woman with desires. You deserve a day to celebrate you and all that you are.

Embrace (and, dare I say, LOVE) all of who are. You are worth it.
